5th August, 2018 was the last date to submit open application forms for Blue World City. On 7th of August, 2018 Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) issued the NOC to Blue World City Rawalpindi. These latest happenings will result in improvement of credibility of the society and upsurge in investors trust.
In addition, the society is planned and being developed in corporation with the Chinese experts and follows their standards. However, according to the developers’ claim the society is free from the ownership of influence of Chinese. Although, it is designed to be Chinese friendly society and the project plan and main gate is designed according to the native Chinese architecture.
RDA issued the NOC for blue world city claiming that the best interest of customers has been kept in mind. The letter that was issued mentioned the details of society specifying area, location and neighboring locations.
According to the specifics of the letter the Blue World City comprises of 1,534.5 Kanal of land. Out of which 1,134 Kanal falls in Mouza Sehar, and 400 Kanal of land lies in Mouza Habtal. The NOC letter also mentioned its distance from neighboring villages. These areas are Dhamyal Camp located 10 Km away from project site, Chakri Interchange lying at a distance of 8 km, and the village of Sehal at a short distance 1 km from the project site.
Blue world city is located on Chakri Road in close proximity of major housing societies such as Capital Smart City, Green Oaks Agro Farm Houses, Khanial Homes, Royal Farmhouses, Magma City, Al-Mairaj Garden, and Star Agro Farms.
The project site being at a prime developing location also touches Thalian Interchange and Chakri Interchange. The distance from Thalian Interchange is rather short and from this point, the society is closer to Islamabad. Thalian interchange is also expected to be function as a major passage for the Blue world city and other housing societies located on the chakri road.
In addition, the society will also connect with Rawalpindi ring road’s interchange that is planned to be built on chakri interchange. This interchange will make Blue World City greatly accessible from major areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
The new payment plan issued by the developer and the prices are increased yet again. The developers keep renewing the prices; given the demand that is increasing gradually and consistently ever since the launch of the society.
Now that the biggest concern of investors is eliminated and RDA granted the NOC to the society, interest of investors is renewed and the prices might surge even more in near future. For now given below is the payment plan issue by the developer.

Blue World City is one of the most highly demanded housing schemes located on the chakri road. The development work is ongoing at a fast pace. The land is being leveled, entry gate is completed, road tracks are being marked and new development is visible in the short span of time. The project will soon be launched officially and prices are expected to increase.
The blue world city is developing at a fast pace and 5 Marla plot files are highly in demand. However, the development is still in initial phase and it will take some time for the society to develop completely. Nonetheless, Blue World city seems to be a good investment avenue. We suggest readers may consider investing here as medium term investment.
